We are happy to offer a cooking camps this summer. This is a week-long cooking camp which will take place downtown in a secure building with parking. (19 Eagle Street) and combine excursions to various food destinations that are short walk from our venue on 16 Eagle Street.
Each day will have a theme around a particular purveyor, and each day we will cook dishes accordingly. No need to bring lunch. Detailed menus will be provided to all participants, based on dietary preferences.
Day one- knife skills and a visit to the Crafted Edge knife store
Day 2 – we will learn about Italian food and olive oil and visit to Olive This
Day 3- we will learn about Spanish cuisine and visit La Bodega
Day 4- we will learn about Chinese cuisine and traditions and visit high climate tea
Day 5- we’ll learn about sourdough baking and visit the Rhu
The camp will start at 9:30 a.m.to 2 p.m.
Ages 9 to 14
For a full refund-two weeks cancellation. In the event of a health emergency, you can select a different time
Cost is $400, 15% sibling discount
There will be two adult instructors on site at all times.
