September is a time of transition, from Summer to Fall, from vacation to school.

I love when life gets back on track, it calms the mind and the body event if it gets a bit mundane sometimes.

At times of transition I often get calls about meal-prep.

In this class you can learn how to easily meal prep and take care of your culinary needs efficiently.

Final menu will be determined based on the participant’s dietary restrictions.

We will make 4-5 balanced meals
