Since Asheville isn’t a hub of Chinese food, it may be left up to you and your cooking skills to enjoy a complete Chinese meal. Ming Tsai is a Boston based chef who has two restaurants, a TV show and has published numerous books. He offers a simple principle for home cooked Chinese food. In this class we will learn how to make some of the recipes from the book. Some of those will be Cranberry-Teriyaki chicken on garlic bok- choy, Garlic-ginger-scallion Stir fry mussels, Shrimp and pork potstickers with fragrant Jasmine rice
