After an enjoyable summer of cooking with kids, I have created a winter session.
This is a hands-on camp exploring comfort foods, using seasonal ingredients.
The final menu will be determined closer to the camp and will accommodate the participants’ dietary preferences, as well as garden bounty.
We will cook a full meal, including dessert each day:
Day one- knife skills practice- Soups
Day 2 – Braising, sauces, emulsifying,
Day 3- savory and sweet pies
Day 4- Asian noodle soups
Day 5- We will make a meal for the parents, curated by the kids! If you can’t attend, we will send it home with them.
The camp will start at 9:00 a.m.to 2 p.m.
Ages 9 to 14
For a full refund-two weeks cancellation. In the event of a health emergency, you can select a different time
Cost is $400, 15% sibling discount
There will be two adult instructors on site at all times.
