- 2 cups dry chickpeas
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 bunch parsley or cilantro
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight
Heat the oven up to 400 F
Drain the chickpeas well, blend all the ingredients. Add flour if it seem too runny
Form balls and place it on a baking sheet, bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with tahini from last week's menu
