Delicious and simple, Italian food is all about the quality of the ingredients, the freshest farm tomatoes, garlic and basil. In this class we will learn some classic dishes such as home-made potato gnocchi, chicken thighs in wine, tomatoes and prosciutto, some vegetable side dishes and profiteroles with chocolate genache for dessert.
