
Cooking Camp-Italian Week 3

This week will focus on Italian cuisine
Please send an oven-safe container (small), so the kids can bake personal dishes.
Mon-Chicken Parmesan, Fettuccini, Marinara, Profiterolls (cream puffs)
Tue– Antipasti, Gnocchi bolognese, Cannoli
Wed– Pizza, green salad, lasagna, tiramisu
Thu-Risotto Zucca (squash), panzanella salad, panna cotta
Fri– Arancini, baked stuffed shells with cheese and Alfredo, Panzarotti cookies
We will also make Italian lemonade and granita.
