The Mediterranean diet has become synonymous with health, but what does it mean?
this class offers the opportunity to learn some of those principles which you can apply to your daily cooking.
We will learn some of the basic food groups that are considered part of the Mediterranean diet as well as ways to season in a healthy way!
The class menu will be Home made pita bread, hummus, baba ganush, tabbouli, chicken shawarma and baklava.
Menu finalized based on the participant’s dietary preferences, please let us know your special requirements. It will include 6 dishes.
