The Mediterranean diet has become synonymous with health, but what does it mean?
this class offers the opportunity to learn some of those principles which you can apply to your daily cooking.
We will learn some of the basic food groups that are considered part of the Mediterranean diet as well as ways to season in a healthy way.

Welcome to our new summer series, combining two of our favorite things, music and food.
Come join us for relaxing and uplifting event in a beautiful setting, overlooking downtown and the mountains.

We will combine 1.5 hours of appetizer making, followed by 2 hours of music.
You can sign up for the full event or the music only.

There will be plenty of food to go around but the drinks are on you!

If you have not yet been to Turkey than you should. Its the perfect country with incredible architecture, scenery and of course food. Join us in this class with some of my favorite Turkish dishes and feel like you are on vacation.

We will make, Guzleme-street pastry, no street is complete without, Iskander kebab and stuffed apricot for dessert.

King Eggplant

Saturday, May 26th 4pm-7pm $65 Single/$100 Double

Did you ever cook eggplant and it turned out too rubbery, or too soggy? I hear so often that people don’t like eggplants and I am sure it is because it wasn’t cooked right. For me, it is my favorite vegetable. So diverse and incredible, I can think of at least 50 different recipes for it.

In this class, we will make, Baba Ganoush (eggplant with tahini), fried eggplant, Steamed Chinese eggplant, Eggplant parmessan, luscious pita and eggplant jam for dessert.

Please open your mind and you will be pleasured!

Mediterranean Brunch


Sunday May 20th, 2018 | 10:30 AM- 1:30PM | $65 SINGLE $110 DOUBLE

If you are a bit tired of eating grits, bacon and biscuits join us for a new experience. Mediterranean brunch is made of freshly baked pastries and bread and eggs in spicy sauce. Imagine yourself sitting back and listening to the waves of the sea, let the sun warm your body and surrender to the slow pace of the old country. This meal can be a great substitute to a light Spring dinner or lunch.
We will finish the meal w sweet pastries and mint tea, or Turkish coffee.

Saturday, July 21st, 6PM-9PM $65 Double ticket $110

Come celebrate the season with the flavors of Thailand.
Get to know the special aromatic ingredients that contribute to the unique flavor of Thai food.
We will make Green papaya salad (Som Tam), Chicken basil (Pad ka prao) and finish w Sticky coconut rice w mango.
The dishes are all gluten free and can be vegan if you let me know ahead of time.

GF has become wide spread and is here to stay. If you are looking to transition to an anti-inflammatory diet,

learning how to have GF product on hand, is key. Store bought products help but are mostly unsatisfying.

Learn to take care of yourself and your family all on your own.

In this class we will make, Ingera (flat, sour dough bread), Flour mix and bread loaves, Solutions for meatballs or veggie patties, Easy tips and shortcuts.

Pho and Banh-Mi

Learn how to make two of the most popular Vietnamese dishes. I guarantee you that once you make these dishes, you will repeat over and over again. Its not as complicated as you may think. It is ultimately-delicious.

What the heck should I eat?

Saturday, April 14th 4-7 PM

This class will focus on the bestselling book by Dr. Mark Hayman. We will go through some of the pinciples he recommends and learn some key recipes, so you can go home and turn over the page of clean eating, as recommended by an expert. Dr. Hayman will NOT be present.
