Reception: 

Sparkling Wine and cheese and charcuterie assortment

 

Starter:

Cranberry and Brie Stuffed Mushrooms paired with Viognier

Plump mushrooms stuffed with a savory mixture of Brie cheese, dried cranberries, and fresh herbs.

Main Course:

Citrus and Herb-Infused Roast Turkey served over Savory Pumpkin Risotto, Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Honey Butter Glazed Carrots paired with Beaujolais Cru

 

Succulent roast turkey marinated in a citrus and herb infusion, served with a cranberry-orange compote. Creamy pumpkin risotto cooked with hints of nutmeg, sage, and Parmesan cheese. Brussels sprouts roasted with crispy pancetta and drizzled with roasted garlic aioli. Tender carrots glazed in a luscious honey butter sauce, garnished with fresh thyme.

Dessert:

Apple Crisp with Cinnamon Whipped Cream paired with late Harvest Riesling

Warm and comforting apple crisp topped with a generous dollop of cinnamon-infused whipped cream.
