Who doesn’t love fresh pasta. In this class we will make tortellini from scratch with a variety of fillings and sauces.
Lobster filling with a delicate Alfredo that will not overpower the lobster
Pumpkin filling with ricotta, butter, lemon sauce
Ricotta stuffed Cannoli for dessert
We will also make garlic bread and a radicchio salad to perfectly accompany the tortellini
