Ming Tsai is a Boston-based chef who has two restaurants, a TV show, and has published numerous books. He offers a simple principle for home-cooked Chinese food. In this class we will learn how to make some of the recipes from the book. Some of those will be cranberry teriyaki chicken on garlic bok choy, garlic-ginger-scallion stir-fry mussels, and shrimp and pork potstickers with fragrant jasmine rice. Finishing with pineapple buns.
