Greek cuisine stands on the corner of Mid-eastern, Balkan and western Mediterranean flavors.

In this class we will explore pastries such as spanakopita, make stuffed grape leaves, tzatziki,  moussaka, and attempt to bring freshness into our winter. I can accommodate vegans, vegetarians and kids upon notice.
