This class will explore the food of southern Italy where the fertile, agricultural land meet the Mediterranean Sea. Abundance of seafood combined with the sweetness of tomatoes to create simple and fresh food.

On the menu we will have

Calamari fritti

Homemade pasta with a freshly made pesto and other sauce options

Seafood cioppino with fennel and saffron

Caprese salad

Cannelloni filled with ricotta and dipped in chocolate
