Thai Beef Salad

Such an easy summer salad.

Grilled steak slices served on top of an aromatic salad with Thai basil, cilantro, and chilis.

The dressing is made from

1 lime

2 Tbsp of sugar (made into simple syrup)

2 Tbsp fish sauce

Fresh chili to taste.

Mix it all up and pour it over the salad.
