Paella is Spain’s national dish. It takes many forms throughout the Mediterranean region; rice is combined with seafood to rabbit, chicken, snails, and beans.
In this cooking class, we will make Paella with seafood, Spanish tortilla, Romesco sauce, Pippirana salad and Churros.
If you are vegan or vegetarian we can accommodate you with a vegetarian Paella to fit your dietary needs.
