Nuts and seeds granola

Here is a simple granola recipe that takes into consideration lower sugar to protect the efficiency of your immune system.

An assortment of nuts and seeds, such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds, combined with nuts such as walnuts and almonds. Topped with cocoa nibs, dry coconut flakes, avocado oil, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Toss everything together and bake at 250°F for 1 hour.
